are you type a that is thinking..it is too far off to think of my pension? or type b who is making a plan fo put something aside for the day you might really need it? life is getting quite hard with all the exopenses and our children etc.. i haven't yet got anything in place except one third investment in a property..i think for me property is the most secure plan for my pension..i am 41 so if i invest in property within the next couple of years..within ten years i should see a good return on investment..what do you think and what are you planning to do?

I have owned my property for 15 years now. Also, I'm blessed with an employer who set up an IRA for us. In the future, I intend to invest a bit in mutual funds but right now we are doing all we can do. I like the idea of investing in property and think that you will do fine as long as the property you invest in is in an appealing area. I must say however that I'm a very strong believer in never putting all your eggs in one basket. Perhaps it would be of benefit to you to invest in other areas as well. :)
