Right now he is my fave author. I just got reading the latest Odd Thomas book ("Brother Odd") and I cannot wait until he writes another.

I love Dean Koontz. I have read almost all of his books. I didn't really like Brother Odd. I don't think that it was fitting to Odd's story lines. My favorite books by him are Odd Thomas, Strangers, the Taking, and Mr Murder.

I like the book because it placed Odd in a different setting an dshowed how his "skills" could be used anywhere. Have you read "One Door Away from Heaven"? That was a weird book.

Yes, that is the book. When I started reading Koontz again, that was the first book I picked up. Not sure why, it called to me in the bookstore. I did read what was in the back at the time. I do need to re-read it though. I was aware that things like that do happen.

Yeah is that the one with the aliens? And the little girl with the leg brace. It's about bioethics. Did you read what Koontz wrote in the back? That stuff is real - it happens... I mean the killing of criples and the elderly...

Dean Koontz is one of my favorite authors. I love his books. I just finished the second book in the Odd Thomas series just a few months ago and had a preview of the new one in my bzz agent around the same time. Excellent books he writes though.
