Information on Nigeria

I am going to work in Nigeria, possibly, in Lagos. I would invite information on the lifestyle out there, childrens education etc. etc. through the eyes of a Indian...preferably. With what type of income you can manage a family of three,one being a school going kid, very comfortably...maybe also own a car? How safe is it to stay in there, with family. DO lot of Indians leave there? Are there sufficient Indian Schools?

I'm also from india, i did my schooling in Nigeria , I believe that the school sylabus is much better than in India , it is very practical oriented, and they follow rules a pattern like in the UK or US . I am now working with the Govt in kerala. I had bad dreams at night in Nigeria because you are constantly in fear when u live in NIGERIA THERE ARE ARMED ROBERS who simply get in and do whatever they want , i came back to india in 1985 so i dont know what the situation is now
