Alright from what I see your abs are above your stomach and what I really need is a full stomach workout. On the internet it's always "abs, abs, abs & butt!", I never see anything designed for the stomach. So when Im doing 20 minute ab workouts and a 8 minute butt workout will it trim my stomach at all? I do 30 minutes of Taebo & cardio, but still not too much focuses on your actual stomach. Any tips, advice, or answers about the stomach? Do you know of any free videos on youtube, one thats about 10 minutes long for the stomach??

You must have confused the two terms, your stomach is part of your digestive system and there is really no possible way that you could do workout with it. What you might be referrring to is the abdominals or ab muscles that lines up your stomach area. And yes you can actually work on it. When you see your tummy bulging or sagging, it is quite normal after every meal but if it remains that way after several hours then you might have a lot of flab. Just do understand that it is not your stomach causing the bulge, it is actually the fat stored underneath your skin. Now, getting rid of this fat or flab is not easy. There is also a common misconception among people that if you work hard on that area, those fats will just go away. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as spot reduction of fats. You cannot really choose which fat in your body would burn up first. That is why, ab exercises are only good for toning your ab muscles which would do no good if layers of fat are covering them up. It is therefore recommended to pair up these exercises to cardio workouts so as to help you burn those unwanted flab. But mind you it is really hard so be patient and keep motivated.

Our abs muscles are what covers your torso, so working them does work out your stomach area. As far as the best work out you should find something that includes strengthening and toning, a good cardio workout combined with palates should work well.
