Easy chicken breast in pan

Take out the bone and pound the breast to 1/4 " thick. Butter frying pan. Place chicken cutlet afer sprinkling with salt and pepper, into pan. Brown each side until just about done. Just a few minutes each side. Then cover it with creamed spinich (frozen that was thawed_ and a slice of swiss cheese. Cover pan until cheese melts. Excellent and easy.
