Easy chicken breast in pan

Take out the bone and pound the breast to 1/4 " thick. Butter frying pan. Place chicken cutlet afer sprinkling with salt and pepper, into pan. Brown each side until just about done. Just a few minutes each side. Then cover it with creamed spinich (frozen that was thawed_ and a slice of swiss cheese. Cover pan until cheese melts. Excellent and easy.

This is a another good receipe that is great for just 2. I have to relearn how to cook smaller portions. You are helping me alot.

This sound different, Ive never tried creamed spinich before, However it does sound good. might give this one a try, thanks
