can a common man think like Warren Buffet?

can a comman man with no capital in hand but quite intelligent to rule the stock markets become Warren Buffet in near future? bcoz he started at the age of 11yrs and still repents that he had started late ..though becoming 2nd richest person in the world only through shares.. if so then how?
