Pictures in replies?

I've seen a few people add pictures to their replies. How is this done?

You can only add pictures to your replies if you've made 500 posts or more. We both still have a loooong way to go... Lol... =)

while posting discussion you can see an phraze "add an image". if you not seeing it eyt then wait for a while when you reach uptill 500 posts or i dont know at how many posts you'll be allowed to add images with your posts. just wait and see.
