Should Capello sacked?

Well, i personally think Real Madrid made huge mistake when they sacked too many managers in recent years. And worst than that i am very much doubt about Capello, no not his managerial career but don't think he's the right man for the job today. Ok he did very well first time he's at Madrid, but not this time. May be another sacking?

madrid dont have to sack capello
he is great manager
he just need times
and after that he will give a trophy for madrid

Well, through his career records yes..he's been brilliant everywhere he goes, doesn't he?
