I don't make my own sausage, yet. I may have to learn. I have not been able to find any good Italian sausage here in the Highlands. So, I may have to beg for a recipe to make my own. I sure do miss the taste, the herbs, smothered in my homemade sauce. I prefer beef as it has a better flavor.

i do not know how to make the sausage,but every winter and our spring festival,my grandma always goes to market for making the sausage with offering meat by ourselves.and the made sausage should be dry in the sun for about one month,then we can eat them ,oh,they are very delicious.lol...
