solving problem

At the end when you have solved an equation should you a) Leave your answer as a Fraction b) Change it to decimal form?

that depends on what your teacher likes. . .personally, i was taught to change it to a decimal. but if you are learning about fractions, they may want you to keep it as a fraction. i would ask your teacher which way they would prefer you to do it, just to make sure
