The Mom and Dad I'm Fostering - Aren't they cute?
Definitely. They are quite entertaining. Currently I'm fostering a family and it's fun to watch the babies popcorning (hopping around like mad). The parents are cute too (the dad has already been neutered).

Yes, I bought my kids one for xmas, her name is Miss Piggy! They love it when she squeaks at us! She was a baby when we got her and she is still kind of jumpy but she's getting used to us!

Congrats on the new addition. Consider adopting a friend for her as well! Guinea pigs are social animals. Check out www.petfinder.com to find a guinea pig rescue near you. And since you're new piggie parents, I'd recommend reading www.guinealynx.info as well for some valuable care information.

Yes, I love guinea pigs, they are great fun. I do get frustrated though when they run away or scratch you though. Otherwise they are fantastic animals. I have 5 of them :).

It's a close race, my rat Merlin was an awesome companion and went eveywhere with me. He was big and white but very friendly. He'd curl up in the hood of my sweatshirt and peek his face out to see what was going on so he would get to go everywhere with me. The pigges do go out and about with me but they don't care for the hood of the swetshirt, they want to be in the center of the action! Guinea pigs are awesome pals, I hate calling them pets because they are so much more than that to me.
