Hi Friends,most of the companies are hiring their employees from consultancies,the consultancies hire professionals for these companies on contract basis,most of the freshers join these type of consultancies in the hope that they get the payroll of the company to which the consultancy is associated with and as they loose the hope of getting permanent payroll these companies start attracting these professionals by putting some internal exams for getting permanent payroll in the company but the result is never declared or if they declared the result,they found the professionals are not suitable for the job position as they have low percentages in their degree exams or for some other reasons and the time passes in this way and at the stage when the employee realize that there is no hope for them in the company they already wasted their valuable time and now they have no value in the market,wht do u think abt these companies and associated consultancies, are they exploting the careers of professionals? is it not their responsibility that they should make very clear that there is no chance of permanancy? is it not the responsibility of the consultancies that they didn't renew the agreement after certain time period? is it not the responsibility of consultancies that they didn't spoil the careers of the professionals who completed their professional degrees from reputed institutes? what u think about that?????????????????????????????????
