What do the stars mean next to your name and can you find out how many positive ratings you have?

The star next to your name with the number inside is your average rating from the posts that you've made up until now. This number can go up or down, so it's important to keep posting relevant replies to the posts that you answer.

After going back and double checking MyLot's FAQ'a page, it says: Q:Will I be able to see what ratings have been given to my individual topics, responses, and comments? A: No, this information will not be displayed. We feel this is necessary to maintain the objectiveness of the DRS. We have no plans to make this information available in the future. However.... We plan to use this information in the aggregate to implement a new User Rating System in the near future. Stay tuned!! Read more about it here: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq.aspx#seeRatings
