My dad died last year and my husband and daughter moved back in with my mom. She got 100k in full and it's all gone (1 year). she doesn't have a job, get $900/month from annuity or something like that. What kind of tax forms does she fill out. She won't do it until we tell her and help her with it. What paper work would she need. PLEASE HELP!

I would agree when taxes aren't cut and dry you are better off going into a tax service center having them help you with your taxes. I would just gather up all the paper work and your mother and head for a tax service preparation center. No point waiting until the end either, I like to just get things done with.

Your best bet would be to go to a tax preparer. or call the IRS. they will help you.
