Hello, I'm a computer engineer working as a software developer. This is my job but I teach some students by private lessons. I was hired by a private school and I am payed 12 euros for every hour I teach them, it doesn't matter if I teach the two guys together or only one of them in each hour.
Each hour I teach, I am payed 12 euros...
This is the first year I teach...What do you think about the money I am payed? Should I be payed more? How much should I ask next year?

Not sure how Euros compare to dollars so cannot say if that is a good wage for you. Don't know what the cost of living is over there. That is important for me to even think about to answer you. Personally I think you should be paid for each student. Good luck with this one.

I do not know what 12 euros is compared to american money.
What do other computer engineers get that you know of? What do other teachers get?
Maybe for the 1st year you are gaining experience, but after this year I should think you would deserve a raise in salary.
I would check out what the going rate is -- you don't want to ask for too much and find yourself out of a paying job because there are others out there willing to work for less.
