My Neighbor, What Do U Think???

I have a neighbor who is a young mother of three. She has a disfunctional relationship with her drug abusing "boyfriend" or her "baby daddy". The baby's daddy has a live-in girlfriend who he also has a baby with. The live-in girlfriend is also a drug addict. Anyways over the summer the drug addicted girlfriend beat my neighbor's azz in front of the entire apartment complex. To make a looooooooooooooooooong story short the baby daddy and the drug addicted girlfriend are now staying w/my neighbor because they have no where to go. Isn't this crazy! What do you think. Should my neighbor be committed? She needs help and she needs help fast!!!!!!!
