No, not on all for sure. There can be people who has killed somebody for fair reasons. Like, if a husband has been hitting and molesting a wife for so long and if the wife, one day, passing the limits, hits the husband and kills him, thats fair in my view. But there are others who rape and kill innocent women and children. We have to hang them.

No ...mistakes have been made in the past so I believe they should get life in prison and I mean life, earn money to keep themselves and have no luxuries.
