I took my two sons out on sunday evening we just went driving round town, I opened the sun roof of my car (Honda) and was playing nice jams, bought them ice lollies we all wore knikers and sleeveless shirts, they felt thrilled, we we stopped at a rod check by the Police and one of my son waved at them and they liked it! when we got home i brought out a Coconut to peel for them using a cutlass and the eldest was facinated the way i was doing it and later he said "Ah my daddy is a GOOD MAN!" His mother did not teach him dat, I was flabagasted, felt sooo ...
How do you feel if your son comends you pls?

That remind me of the time when my oldest son at age 9 said I wan to be just like you, That warmed my heart and gave assurance that I must have been doing something right as a parent. It has been nice watch him grow up through the years modeling him self after his dear old dad.

My son loves to compliment me. I swear it's something he really enjoys doing. The other day, I made a roasted chicken with veggies, and then a cobbler for dessert, after he was done eating he looked at me and said MMM Momma, Your a good Cook! (he's 2), It was the sweetest thing.

i love when my children commend me. it makes me feel so good and that i am doing things right.my kids give me a hug and say .. youre the best and my heart swells. i take pleasure in giving them pleasure but like any parent im not perfect and i have off days so im think we shouldnt beat ourselves up when we lose our cool or shout. its hard work bringing up children.
