Youre supposed to drink 8 glaasses of water, so how do you remember how much you drank? How do you keep track? Do you carry a counter with you? Do you mark it down on a piece of paper everytime you have a drink of water? I can't keep track and need ideas. thanks

I dont keep a track of how much water i do drink regularly or neither i do mark on a piece of paper. My usual intake of water is almost 5 litresr a day. Irrespective of the season i do consume 5 liters. Let me explain how i drink those five litres of water 1) As soon as i wake up early in the morning i drink 4 glasses full of water. Which they say is necessary. 2) While taking my breakfast i will take another 2 Glasses water. 3) And with lunch i will take another 3 Glasses water. 4) Dinner time another 3 glasses water. 5) Since i smoke, i feel thirsty and will dring 2 glasses water before my tea break in the evening snacks time. 6) During the day i will dring atleast another 2 glasses water. I think that is enough for a day since Each glass of water is almost 250ml. In general the intake of water is almost 4 litres a day.

I tend to prefer water over most other things, so I dont write it down. But I do use a certain kind of glass when I am getting a drink of water. I know it is 16 ounces. So I know I need to drink 4 of those in a day at least. So far, this typically isnt a problem for me, since I generally drink way more than that, unless it is a really busy day. Another thing that worked for me when I was working was to take 3 of the 20 ounce bottled waters to work with me each day, and drink one on each break.

Well I go to the gym and take with me a 2 litre bottle of water which is equivalent to 8 glasses. I go to the gym 5 times a week, so that's five out of seven days sorted. I am always drinking water or cordial over and above the 2 litres so I have never have any problem of not drinking enough water each day.

I have either a 20 oz water bottle such as aquafina, or sam's choice and I am constantly filling it up. Also I use a 32 oz cup with a lid and straw that I use. I just drink at least one 20 oz bottle an hour. I hope that this helps.

I don't think a person needs to keep track of their water intake to the point of writing it down, but if you think back over your day, you should have a pretty good idea if you have drank enough water, juice, or other decaffinated drinks. Regular coffee and tea are diruetics, which knocks them out of the "good fluids" category, although I drink both about everyday. I have recently started mixing water and juice so I get more water and more taste.
