Larry Birkhead said on the witness stand that Howard K. Stern and Anna Nicole Smith did not have an "intimate" relationship and that Howard "interfered" in their relationship. Birkhead said that Stern cancelled tickets to a basketball game that he and Anna Nicole were planning to attend, and that Howard would stay in her house on the couch, even though they wanted privacy. He even said that Anna suggested getting a love nest where she and Birkhead could retreat.
