Do you have a good boss?

I have been working 15 years on my present job. My boss was an angel in the first 5 years. The next 5 years, he started to grow "fangs". The last 5 years, he is sucking us all dry. He would find tiny gritty problems in order to pin point our mistakes.
That's one reason, why I have decided to quit my job. If ever I'd be a boss one day, I would do my best to be supportive of my staff and not try to destroy them.
What about you? Did you go through any kind of harrowing experiences with unreasonable, deceitful bosses?

The supervisor I have on my shift sucks. Because of him I'm not being transfered to day shif. Also today I was doing a changeover on one of the welders and he comes over and starts yelling at me as to why I'm takeing so long and its an easy changeover. I look down at my watch and see it has only been 5 mins. As I tell him this he walks away. Like wtf I only just got to the welder. Also it only took me a full 10mins to do the job. Normally it takes 15mins for an easy c/o and 30 mins+ for a hard c/o. This guy drives me nuts!!!

I agree with you. But let's not become nuts because of these nuts. I take this as a positive way of looking at life. What do I want in life? Having this in mind, I decided to embark on generating multiple streams of income so that I can finally "sack my boss".
In the end, he'd realised that he has lost a valuable "nut".
Do not give up. Do your best to be financially independant so that one day, you can walk off your job.
