carpal tunnel syndrome

does anyone here know of any non-invasive treatments for CTS, or any exercise that might offer some relief for someone that is suffering from it?

One officemate of mine suffered from that a long time ago but her case was worse since they have to make surgery on her to really solved the problem. She got it from playing badminton. Now she looks pretty okay but she seldoms play badminton already.
