A couple just had quintuplets (is that 5?) and all our healthy? If you were in their shoes? Would you consider it as a blessing or a disaster (considering the cost of raising them up simultaneously)

Having a child is a blessing. I know the government or private people would help the parent to make it sure the future of the quintuplets.

I would be horrified if I found out I was going to have quintuplets lol. It would be a blessing and a disaster at the same time. I would think that God thought highly of me if he thought I could handle 5 children all the same age at the same time. I cannot imagine what that would be like. Twins would probably be the most I could handle haha.

I have SOOO much respect for anyone who can handle 5 children simultaneously and would love to be as strong as the mother of the quints' who she raised all by herself with no outside help, her husband helping. And she homeschooled them alone-wow! For me, no I would be overwhelmed and need ALL the help I could get, I would definately begin a fundraiser because these days its hard enough just raising two kids and making sure bills are paid (hidden charges are not helping). While I cannot picture myself being able to do it I do believe it would be a great lifechanging experience and humbling. I just posted a discussion thread titled "Were you pregnant with Quintuplets and had to make the decision to have a SELECTIVE REDUCTION?" I just heard of this process watching Quint-essentials on Discovery Health, if you know of this or anyone who had to make that decisions please leave your response in my thread.
