Brian drain in India

For last 25-30 years,we are facing this problem.Is it good or bad?.We are exporting our brain banks to other countries.Now we are facing shortage in skilled and experienced hands.A country with out experienced engineers,doctors and scientist!can you imagine it.This is the main problem faced by us.US and UK corporation has caused the brain drain in India.

i can image such an india without expert engineer and doctors.but this is not a crucial problem because our population is so good to handle this problem

there too many people in India and you're still experiencing "brain drain"? now i could imagine how critical the effect the problem is giving my country and were much fewer in number than you people. i'm not fully aware of your economic conditions there in India, but i believe that just like in my country, The Philippines, poverty is what drives the skillfull workers into going to other countries in order to earn higher salaries. a sad fact, but it's the grim reality we face. it delivers revenue in terms of dollar remitances, but it is destructive in the long run - without its skillfull workers, no one else remains to develop their own country into a prosperous nation. by the way, as a programmer, I admire Indian Programmers - damn they're just too good! :)

I think this will be less now. England have no future for Indian docters.They are coming back to India.Software engineers are also getting good response in India. Situation will change soon.
