Your ideas for my demonstration speech

Next week I have to give an informative speech to one of my college classes. Next MONTH, I have to give a demonstration speech and I need your ideas. The speech is about 7 minutes, and the demonstration has to be relevant, clean, and useful to more than just me. I can't cook anything so all food related things are out.
The demonstration can't be plain, it has to be more complicated than "this is how I tied my shoes with one hand."
I welcome all your ideas.

My husband had to do this for his speech class a couple of years ago. He did a demonstration of how to do chainmaille jewelry. I would think that any kind of jewelry or craft would be good.
