I drink a lot of water every day, more or less 5 litres a day, that they are about 1,3 gallons.
Drinking water is a very good habit since it can prevent or help curing a lot of illnesses.
In fact I drink a lot because my left eye has a problem and, beyond surgery, the only cure is drinking a lot.

I drink water all day long too. As a matter of fact, I just have a glass full of cold water as I am writing this response. Though, I do not drink as much water as you per day.
Water is good because it cleans up your system. Though, it is not good to drink a lot of water when having your meals, because this makes digestion harder.

Oh so you have a problem. May god bless with the cure. I usually Drink 8-10 glass of water evey day. It is sufficient for me. But the quantity increases in the summer and when my playing season starts.

yeah i think i drink 8-9 glasses of water at the most but not more than this, i have also read that drinking too much water is also harmful as it will dilute your salt level in blood leading to a disease (i dont very well remember its name, ooops)
