real madrid,too much internal conflicts?

real madrid,one of the richest club in the world,has the financial,support and possibly the reputation to be the world's best club over and over again.but why have they decline so badly?

Maybe the thing is that they have too many star players. They should buy more young talented players. I'm pretty sure that buying younger players will help Real Madrid to get up again. I don't know why, but team which has all star players in lineup just isn't the best team in the world.

yes mr zinediin.a true good team doesnt need so many star player.too much cooks will spoil a good dish!

s there is much internal conflicts within the team.and that must be first settled if they hav any ideas of wining the title

that's right. With many star players in one team is a little bit hard to degrade the ego. everybody want to show himself and there is no cooperation as a team.
