No it is not so. You can use all options available here. We need not to depend only on responding other's discussions. We too can start a new one, send intimation to the friends through e-mail requesting them to join the discussions. Do you do so. Covering various fields here will definitely increase our earning. Even through images you can increase earning.

Hey hi!!...well friend, well i mostly dont start discussion unless and untill finding good topic, and really wanted to be discussed here, so mostly i keep on replying others discussion, so i think it works alone as i am doing pretty good her,i also have here only one referal, and that is also very inactive, i think just joined as of i said so, and not doing much here on mylot, morever nowdays even not logging in, infcat priblem is , my referal not being bale to beleive in thing that , one can get paid for posting our own opinions to discussion here, well best luck and happy earning!!

No, but it won't help your earnings any. I have found that making discussions that get about 80 or more responses will get me more than 5 hours of posting. It's wierd, but I guess it makes sense.
