Dishnetwork or Direct TV?

Which is better?
We had Dish and then switched to Direct fo their HD package. The next day we get calls non stop from Dish saying that they are btter than Direct. The wouldn't give us a deal on the HD reciever at first but now they will.
Would it be worth it to switch back or should we stay with Direct?
