Question About Utorrent

I use U torrent to download from places like torrentspy and it seems to take forever I am only getting about 20-30kbs download and 20-50kbs upload can anyone tell me how to improve this or is there something better than U torrent Thanks

first of all check the number of seeds if its too low then this will definitely happen...and leechers are more also..same thing happens... if you are sure that there are many seeds..even then you are not getting good dwnld sppeds then you need to cahnge the settings,......go to options tab and verify speed guide...and also check some preferences....and in BITTORRENTING field..make sure that number of peers connected to per torrent is as high as possible..then it should work.
