does anyone know of a free graphic design website to learn with? since i love being on the computer i want to learn as much as i can about graphics. thanks!

Well depending on what program you are using there are many tutorial sites out. I like Paint Shop Pro. I personally like their older versions, 7 or 8 but the newest is 11. There are some great ones I could recommend if you use that one. If you use another I'd suggest doing a seach by the program name and tuts or tutorials for it.

You are quite welcome. If you use bittorrents at all or any of the peer to peer file transfer they usually have one form of Paint Shop Pro (PSP) on there.
