Well to be honest with you, and this is only my opinion, i don't like the word "ugly". As for your question, I would have to say that the only good thing about being ugly would have to be that you dont have to worry about looking your best everyday.

As long as you are not self concious about it the good is you don't have to keep up apperiances. Beauty brings with it responsibility to retain it and even enhance it.
Ugly just is.

you can wake up in the morning without thinking and worrying that you are getting uglier each day. being beautiful has the pressure of looking good always or no one will "notice" you. =)
