Does anyone remember this show? Were you a fan? I know I was. I loved the show. I hated how they ended it but other then that almost all the episodes I loved. Now and then I catch it on Sci-Fi channel but not that often. If you were a fan did you have any favorite episodes? I loved all the ones were Sam leapt into a woman. Those were great. My other favorites were: The one were he leapt into Al when he first joined the military, the one were he saved his brother in Vietnam and the one where he and Al switched places.

This is so funny. Just today I was thinking of that show. What made me think of it was how I actually liked the show, but then again I don't like Scott Bacula as an actor. Speaking of Sci Fi, he plays a Captain on Enterprise. Couldn't they have found a better actor to play this part? I find Scott boring and lacks in acting skills.

Except for Quantum Leap I have only seen him in a couple of movies and he wans't bad in those. I didn't care for Enterprise at all. Just seemed to be lacking something. I did like him though in Quantum Leap. There I thought he did a great job but I also love Dean Stockwell. He was fabulous as Al and I've liked him in everything I've seen him in from Anchors Aweigh on up.

I remember this show My Stepdad and I used to watch it all the time. He used to just warp in at the most awkward moments too! That would be cool if they modernized this show!

Oh I know it was never at a good time when he jumped into there or out. It was more like "Uh oh what now?" type thing. Made it more interesting.

Sci-Fi channel will show it now and then. It's nice to see it but I wish it was on regular.

I have two favs the one with the war correspondent that caught the picture of Al as a POW and the one where Sam starts to go through labor and is 'about to have the baby' when he finally leaps out

Oh yeah the one with the picture of Al like that is great. The fact that he also saved his brother's life was good too. That whole episode was one of the best. I loved where he was pregnant and the baby was about to come. Good thing he leapt at the right moment.

Yes I used to love this show. I haven't seen it in years. I can't even recall how the series ended. I love the Al in the military one, and the one where he and Al switched places. The one as him as a woman was cute, as was the one with him as a chimp.

I sure do remember that show.I saw a few episodes but don't exactly call myself a fan. There was one where he lept into the body of a woman .I thought it was hyterical seeing Scott dressed up as a woman!Another one I liked was with Scott as a rock start.

I really loved that show. I can't remember any particular episodes, but I know that I sure didn't miss many of them. I've seen Scott Bacula in a few other things, but he was the best in Quantum Leap. You never knew what or who he'd be next. It sure kept you guessing and enjoying the show. Near the end of each show, my hubby and I would say, "Oh, it's time for him to change...wonder what he'll be next."

Heheh oh I know it was great how they found so many different things for him to leap into. That's what made it so interesting.

Quantum Leap - Pic of Sam leaping..
Ohh yess! I loved that show with all my heart!! I didnt miss one single episode!! lol! My mom was just as adicted than i was..Ther were soo many that i liked and it is truley hard for me to pick one..But I agree that The one he and Al switched places rocked..and when Sam creeps into a horror novelist on Halloween, and finds he has only a ghost of a chance to save the life of his fiancée. Mary. But I hated the ending,.it was stupid and it was a lousy ending to a fabulous show..

OH I agree the ending was really lame considering how excellent the show was. They could have done it far better then they did.

Gosh, I had forgotten about that one. I used to watch it faithfully until it went off the air. The program was so neat.

My mom and I used to watch this show faithfully. Scott was so hot! I can't recall an episode I didn't like. I remember really liking the one where the guy on the porch was singing Piggy Sue and right before leaping, he said to try Peggy Sue. I also liked when he was the black chauffeur ala Driving Miss Daisy. Whenever he had to be a woman was awesome too. I may have to look for the box set now.

Hehe the one with Piggy Sue was cute. How he was doing everything to try and leap and then it was something that small to get it done. Figures huh?

I loved that show. I was trying to explain it to my kids and got the blank expression in return. I got such a kick out of seeing Scott Bakula as the captain of Enterprise. It was nice to see him still working in the field. He must be a true scifi fan, himself.

I would think he is too considering the shows he's been in. I don't care for enterprise but I did like him in Quantum Leap. I've seen him in a few movies as well and those were good.
