For e-gold and some other digital gold currency, dgc, you have to find a third part exchanger to buy (fund your account) or sell (cash out, retrieve your money) your gold money to get cash. The best thing for you NOT get scammed by fraudulent and scamming exchangers is do your own research before sending money to others. Do a thorough google, and ask for others opinions in forums.
