Is There any difference between equity, dervatives, debuntures. could u please tell me the differences ?

Hi :
equity is another name for shares, stocks.
derivatives are trading instrument leveraging on a underlying security. For example, a stock options is a derivative and its underlying security is the actual stock itself.
debenture is a type of debt instrument that is not secured by physical asset or collateral.
