PTO bylaws

I have been elected the Parliamentarian for my school's PTO and I was wondering if anyone else has experience with this position. Do you have any tips or info on what exactly I will be doing?

I cannot get help from my friends because I don't know anyone who has ever been the Parliamentarian. Actually no one in the PTO right now knows someone who was one. That is why I tried here.
