My body clock has changed

Philippines

I needed some advise here. Since I have started working at a night shift, my body clock had changed. I sleep during the day and work at night. When it comes to my sleeping time, I don't have any exact time because it will usually depend on the appointments I have on that particular day. More often than not, I could only sleep during mornings and sleep back at 6pm-8pm, depending on the situation. When it comes to my eating time, I take my breakfast at 7:30am, lunch at 3 or 4 pm, dinner at around 9pm and take another meal at 2am. I know I'm no longer following the normal body clock and sometimes I wonder if this would really affect my health. I've been eating a lot to compensate my sleepless nights. But, is it really compensated? If only call centers here in the Philippines don't pay much, I won't get this kind of job. Anything you'd like to advise me?

This is the magic of human body .It normally programmed in the way it being provided .This excellent feature make it unique creation of GOD .So you need not to worry about that .Calculate the time of relax and work separately and then balance it .I think you can't find any error then .Breakfast and food are necessary in balance content at any time .

You should get your self on a normal schedaul. Well at least a better one to where you have a good soild amount of sleep. Do it for about 2 weeks and by then you body should adjust and you'll sleep longer and better. When I worked steady midnights I would sleep as soon as I got home (around 7 or 8 am) and sleep untill about 1 or 2 in the afternoon. Now when I fill in for midnights, if I sleep untill 12 I'm satisfied but I'm tired the rest of the day. I have my afternoons so full I usually don't have time to take another nap.
