Do your kids let you cut their hair?

LOL! I was cutting my sons hair and he moved. I cut my knuckle. I cut a large *V* right on top of the knuckle. It hurt let me tell you. I do not remember how many I had, but I did get stitches. I still have the scar but it is hard to see.

My son when small was a very active child who couldn't stay still all together. We had brought him to many barber shops but none of them could tackle him so I had to cut his hair while he was playing at home. My way was that, I let him occupied with his favorite toyks so that he would not move his head too much. In this way I managed to tackle this problem. Of course it was a tough and tedious work.

I have 2 kids ages 7 and 4, and neither one of them have ever been to a barber. I have always cut there hair, and in fact cut my own most of the time too. Barbner shops and beauty salons are so expensive! On a fixed income, I just don't have 50 bucks to go drop on us all just for haircuts.
