Do you think now days its right for native americans to beable to get percap with no kind of conditions?I know so many indian people that sit on thier butts and collect that free money and all they do with the money is drink and sniff coke.I think if tribes are going to pay out that kind of money there should be conditions in order to recieve it.Like working,going to school sending checks only payable to thier bill collecter(rent,gas,elect..etc...)I know a women who has 4 kids and whenever she gets her money she buys her alcohol and coke and spends the rest on whatever man shes obsesses with at the time...not even thinking about her kids or her bills.Every month she lives in a different house because of eveiction.Maybe i feel resentment cuz im also indian but since my tribe is poor i get nothing and im a hard working women who takes ggod care of herkids.I deserve that money not them people.Dyou get what im trying to say?
