Okay I'm sure we're all guilty of it. We know funds are limited, there are bills to pay and groceries to buy, yet we get the urge and splurge on ourselves. We buy that dvd boxset we've been eyeing, a new pair of jeans, that stereo system for your car you've been dying for - whatever! Maybe you stopped at that one thing or maybe you went a little wild, whatever the case, tell us about your last little spree. What have you bought for yourself lately? What little guilty pleasure have you indulged in? Me, I just spent $80 on anime dvds and some more books. I'm also eyeing this beautiful dragon candle holder with mirror. So beautiful but it's $60+ bucks.

Carrying bags the right way can help tone flabby upper arms. Try some bicep curls using your shopping bags as weights. Do one arm at a time while walking around the mall, or waiting to get picked up by mom. It may look a little odd but it really does work.
