personaly i dont think tht we can really count how many dimension there are. there some tht say there are 4 others say more then tht. but who really knows there could be thousand of them but were not at right stage of human evolution to understand them all.

I personally believe, at the moment, that string theory explains many of the scientific anomalies of our universe. It bridges the gap between the Theory of Relativity and contradictory modern theories such as quantum mechanics. If string theory is correct, then there are 26-dimensions in the universe. They go hand in hand, that is the nature of the theory. Therefore, currently, I believe there are probably 26 dimensions in our universe.

Well we have four dimensions... line plane, space and then time... as einstein describes it, the universe is a fine fabric of time formed by the other three dimensions...
