What is the most user friendly website builder site?

My husband is a realtor and he is asking me to build him a website. I have decided to go with Yahoo. Basically because it is well known. It is fairly simple. I get stuck once in while,but over all,I think I can do it.
It is time consuming.
If anyone has any suggestions as to how to do it better, simpler or faster, i am listening.

I have used geocities. And still do. I am in the process of using yahoo for my husbands realty page.
I should have taken a class on this.
