as far as i know about iptv, there's no more tuner card connected into it. just a broadband connection and a iptv provider. Its a video streaming method like on 3G celphones, it doesnt require download of the file. minimum requirement i know for pc is at least 1GHz processor, 512 RAM, 8MB graphic card, media player, internet connection, internet explorer 5.01+.
