How many of you are using all-natural products?
I have changed to all-natural personal care products over the last six months. I read a lot about the affects of all the chemicals in shampoo, soaps, deodorants, and toothpaste, that I decided it was time for a change. I have also tried to turn to organic and all natural alternatives in eating and in medicines. Since the change, I have not been sick (even a cold and I teach school) and my skin has a much nicer look and feel to it. Anyone else make the same change?

You don't have to make them all at home to use all natural. Many stores now carry all natural products and organic foods. Even Walmart is starting to climb on board. If you want to make the switch, you can also find many stores online that offer all natural products at deep discounts. The products cost a bit more, but the benefits out weigh the cost and most of the products last longer because you use less.

I try to do the possible one.
Live in a small country, in means to the nature and is already a good thing.
I receive from friends, vegetables and fruit some vegetable gardens of theirs ... In the shops must be satisfied ... ., but think that the air itself is not natural any more, we men we are destroying the nature slowly and he has grown us, are of the cowards.

You can only do what you can do, but every little bit helps. I agree that even the air we breath can be full of chemicals. One thing you can do is support any locals who try to grow organic and if possible, encourage your local shops to start to promote more natural alternatives.
Good luck with you efforts!!
