what is your opinion about GM crops

When you have monoculture you run the risk of having the whole crop fail due to not having a variety of genes that will be ale to protect the crops. As far as GM crops I think that Monsanto is trying to take over the worlds food supply. If a farmer has a field of say soybeans that is not altered next to a field of GM soybeans that Monsanto owns and the pollen drifts over to the non GM soybeans then Monsanto will claim that all of the soybeans is owned by them.
