Confucianism: A Philisophy or Religion

I believe that confucianism is a just an pilosophy.. is that means that a Counfucian person has no god?

In china,confucianism is just a belief.It is composed of some politics,some principle of life. We have no God.We think one or some golden rules control the world. But we can't find it or them all out.And we try.
