Do you have a testament?

It's one of those things I've been meaning to do for a long time - setting up my will. But somehow there are always more pressing things to attend to, I have to work, there are the kids - and anyway, I'm only 48, I'm surly not gonna die now! I suppose it sounds familiar to many of you. Some of you actually did do it, went to an attorney or notary, and set up that will. What was the key event that made you do it? Did you have a health scare? Your 60th birthday approaching? Or is it me that's worrying to much? Should I focus more on living than on dying?
