recipes and diet

Hello, this is the first time I've been here. I have a childhood friend (we've known each other since we were in diapers), who has pancreatitis. We lost touch for over 25 years and we both regret it. I love him and care about him and want to know all I can. I'm interested in what kind of diet and foods that he can eat. I plan on visiting him and would like to help with the cooking. Tammy

I wasn't aware of pancreatitis but I did some research and it looks like there is a good support network at: http://www.pancreatitis.org.uk They also offer some downloads (they are .pdf files so you need Adobe to read them) at: http://www.pancreatitis.org.uk/chap_d.html The list says that the downloads include a "Low Fat Recipe Book" and a "Christmas Low Fat Recipe Book".
