Past Life Regression

Has anyone ever had this done? Did it work? Was it a positive or negative experience? I have a session scheduled in later today for me to be regressed and I'm really nervous that I might mess it up and it won't work.

I've never done this although I would love to. I think it would be fascinating. I've had some glimpses of past life incidents but nothing like an actual regression. I hope it goes well for you. I'm sure who ever is doing it knows how to and will make sure you are fine. Don't worry too much on that part. Good luck and I hope you enjoy it.
