Does it worth readable

I know some of the mylot members who rate + to all (mostly), n they get minimum 25 n even more responces. While some members who get only 3-4 responces even don't select best responce, or do only that, n don't rate. So, its difficult to say that in chances of getting "+" increase while responding to discussions with no responses. (for many discussions I'm the only responcer but have received nothing, atleast comment....that not too....lol)
